Does the makeup of the irregular polygon that surrounds the pig model have anything to do with the answer? Is it made of Q-tip pieces?

I did not have a chance to look at this until now on my work machine. I had line2cyl.rb here as well. I installed Lines to tubes and got the same results... not showing up. So I then tried as you suggested Pilou, deleting line2cyl.rb and now it is showing up.
