You have 4 plugins with 3 seats each.
I can release all seats, but you will need to revalidate on all your computers.

I would be glad if you release all my licenses, I will relicense them afterwards.

Until that you can PM Fredo6 with the details of your license (Plugin name, license ID, etc) and the reason why you are asking for this or write to our support at support [at] sketchucation.com . Thanks for the reply, right now I don't have any needs for those kind of problems, I was just asking this to prevent any future problems.

I'm wondering if there is a way to release the license even if we cannot reach our device anymore, it would be a major problem unless it is possible.
