I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this, or if it's been posted before (hard to believe that it hasn't).
When I use HouseBuilder to build a wall, the first stud is at the end of the wall, and the 2nd stud is 16" from the end of the wall, such that the center of the 2nd stud is 16-3/4" from the end of the wall. Usually, the center of the 2nd stud is 16" from the end of the wall, and the subsequent centers are 16" apart. I.e., the edge of the 2nd stud should be 15-1/4" from the end of the wall.
What am I missing?
