Corrugated Facade reflection

Hi,

I really need help in creating reflection with photoshop cs5.

I tried to replicate the TEK building in Taiwan by BIG.

attached is the intended final result. I have no idea how to create a corrugated facade reflection. Is there an easy way to generate such reflection using photoshop or other program?
