Hello everyone,

Hopefully somebody can help me with this issue. I've read previous thread, but there wasn't a solution that solved my issues. Disabling fast exporting isn't the solution, I still have crashes every time I export the model. My last scene for example is not that large. Rendering time for the entire scene is about 2min30 (standard quality) . I work on a IMac with a GPU of 2,93 Ghz Intel Core 7, 8 Gb 1333 Mhz DDR3 and a graphic card of ATI Radeon HD 5750 1024 Mb.
When I save the project in Sketch Up 8 and export the model then there are no issues, no crashes.

Has somebody already found out what the the solution is for this problem ? I would be very grateful, because I feel ripped off right now.
Paid a lot for a plugin that is not properly working and is very limited compared to others. Very small library, no possibility to create own materials, no integration with other software (Vue, carbon scatter, the plant factory, ...)

Hopefully E-on respects its customers and give them real value for their hard earned money in the future. I my opinion it would be more then advisable that E-on gives those customers a free update of a Lumenrt version that is working. I have no problem with paying, but I want value for my money.
