you need to change the decimal separating and number grouping indicators from OS's control table.
for MAC - System Preferences>Language&Region, hit Advanced button, change Number Separators.
But be careful this will be changed for whole system and in every other program you use.
The use of some locale's alternative decimal-point as a ',' [versus '.'] and the 'separator' as ';' [versus ',']
now work on many locales...
Unfortunately SketchUp has been somewhat tardy in fixing some issues...
For example, when typing absolute/relative coordinates into the VCB [requiring a ] or > etc] - then this
can cause SketchUp to skip the input [aka 'fail'].
This is a known issue... although there are PC based [temporary] fixes using PC's AutoHotKeys... obviously it should be fixable at the Trimble end !
