Wow I can't believe it...All my family are from the Clonmel area (Powerstown to be exact)as well and I am currently doing up a property I bought there in town...it's a small world πŸ˜„ I'am living in London at the moment. I'am usually over there every couple of months. My brother-in-law owns the Halfway House pub at Rathronan just outside Clonmel, our local when we are over there. Might see ya for a pint when we are over next......

I'm a bit of a blow-in myself, origionally from out the road in Fethard, and will soon be moving across the river to Co Waterford. Can't say I was ever in the Halfway House, but pass it regularly on the way to Fethard. Small world alright.

      Well, Mike,

I'm in Tipperary and far from retired, maybe in 30 years time or so 😲

It won't quiet be my cup of tea when it comes to using it on my architectural drawings, but everyone to their own. It is however a font I would use for other presentations.

That's a handy ruby, thanks. I often export the my sketchup models to 2d AutoCAD drawings, particularly at the concept stage of the project.

Some nice architectural type fonts there, totally agree that there is a huge amount of fonts available.

The client's are into their motorsport. The building is beginning built on spec, within a business park and are hoping that a client associated with the motor industry may take part of the building, other than than no reason for a chequared flag.

These look really good from what I can see. Unfortunately the image size is so small.
I do like the look of the Style you have used/created.

      Dylan

Thanks, I haven't been sucessful in loading the images at a larger size. πŸ˜• I keep getting a mesage informing me that the maximum size of file I am permitted to load is 64kb.
Otherwise I would have uploaded a larger image.

The style I have created is just a combination of Ross's styles or parts of his tyles which I have just played around with.

To post the style here would be in breach of formfonts terms and conditions I would expect.

    • Concept images

I have attached in the following posts with a few sketchup images I have been working on recently. The images are "concept type" presentations of buildings for clients, in a large proposed business park.
The architect on the job is quiet impressed with the presentation and what sketchup can do, noramally he only uses it for mass modelling.

I have used a mix of some of Ross's styles available at formfonts.

      Feel free to comment.
