Thanks Gaieus!!!
Hmm I don't think I explained my problem correctly. I will think about how to re-word and try again, in the mean time I will go thru the posts.
Cheers!

hello,
Just joined and started to learn Sketch-up, man where was this 10 years ago!! I have been designing for the last 11 years on CAD have to say Sketch-Up is amazing. I am not very techno-suave, but i am slowly getting the hang of it.
I do have a question about scenes or views. I am working on a floor plate and would like to have two views one looking "north" and one looking "south." I am not looking for a perspective but would like to orbit to find the view I like in one direction, but I am not sure how I orbit around to see the other direction with the same angle/tilt of the plan? Does this make since.
I guess i am interested in an iso - in CAD i would hit NW iso button and then SW iso button to get the same view but looking in different direction.
Is there a way to control the orbit?
Any and all help would be appreciated!
Cheers
Sean
