Hello, today I downloaded a few files from archive3d, and some were imported fine to sketchup 2017, but there were everal that imported with grey textures. I am enclosing two links of 3ds objects downloaded of several that are a problem:

if someone can please let me know what the correct way of importing them to sketchup without losing the textures it will be appreciated, thanks!!

I am new to this forum, and a bit better than a Newbie, but barely. I have been granted permission to use certain static objects from Flight Simulator X, FSX, and have no idea on how to import them into the sceneries I am designing using Sketchup. These files come in .bgl formats, and textures come in .dds format. Is there a way for me to convert them to a usable format? I have tried with Model Converter X, but am unable to import the textures. Thanks!!
