according to this link, this problem is usually caused by outdated versions of the Visual C Runtime libraries. The link refers to a similar problem with IE 8, so it has nothing to do with SU Podium. However, the link might be interestingm to you, as long as you havn't read it already. (Its the first one that pops up when you google the error message 😉
