The license management is tied to the user account. You will be able to validate license files and release seats from within SketchUp. How your company allocates license files is entirely up to them.
But access to https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php is associated with the user account that purchased. So your company will also be able to release seats through our online release tool.
You will be limited to seat release with SketchUp.
Another thing to consider is that any license related issues will need to come from the user account. We can't provide support to a user with no licenses assigned to their account.
Just a few things to be aware of in terms of making life easy. If you do find yourself in a pickle with licenses/seats just get your company to email us support@sketchucation.com and cc you in the mail so we can chat with you on their behalf.
