      Thanks guys for the very comments,the process of building these kind of models is like building a real building...

      Every floor is in a seperate group/layer, first I model the exterior of the model then divide them per floor and place them in a seperate layer so I can turn them on/off when needed.

      The lighting and overall render is very good, my only crit is the proportion of the lavatory to the scene, I think it's out of scale...I can see the ceiling back there which is very low or the lavatory is very big.
