Nice draft presentation, a couple of comments about the animation;

you have misspelled waiting as "waitting"
i like the photoreal shot I hope you done the animation the same way...
nice choice of music
looks like a real project to me, but if I am the client I won't like the jaggy lines in the animation, I want a smooth animation...

I hope its not the final version, because it has a lot of room for improvement.

Nice model and render, a background image will greatly improve its overall color or a sky....but I guess it just a wip?

I also used some of those palm trees for my renders, they are great models....

It has a glimpse of a great render so keep working on it and add some textures and colors .....a clay rendering is also great in a portfolio....

Its a SketchUp model exported to Piranesi for the painting style....There is a demo of Piranesi that you can try...

The institute I think is not looking for a practical solution at the moment, what they are looking for are more of a aesthetic looking presentation rather than the design. I have thought of that at the beginning of my design but as a trained Architect I did what I am trained to do. That is to design a more practical and easy to build spaces...
The reason for this say's the Institute is to encourage more people to participate and get involved in their vision and I think also is to make them donate money to generate funds...

My concept for the shape of the plan of my structure came from the shape of a crosshatch " # " if you'll see the plan....
I think this shape is stable and can withstand the sea wind and storm....

My design is a mixed use facility which houses a resort and a hotel like accommodation that can handle large business meeting and leisure activities....

These are the images of my design that I submitted to the Institute....

Thanks again Pg09, these style is quite new and refreshing because I got tired of the plain SketchUp output so I tried another way through Piranesi for some new styles....
