I finally discovered the problem. I bought it for personal use and when I select personal use it only show up sketchup Make. I got to select professional use and enter company name bla bla bla in order to go to the pro download page.

Can't personal user buy the Pro version??

I just purchased the upgraded to Sketchup Pro 2013 but the emails with license info does not provide the software download link. Where Can I download the software?

Hi,

I alway run into problem with not able to fill certain enclosed area even all the lines are matched up nicely. I always need to draw lines to break it into smaller area and after a few attempt it filled up eventually. Is there a ruby plug in that can fix this problem?

Any solution appreciated.

When I draw a floor-plan with sketch up Pro. I landed with straight lines with multiple segments. It become difficult if I want to read the length via entity info. Is there a way to remove the unnecessary points along the line?
