Och dear mister, I see the contours don't have to be closed... Workflow from other software made me think that iso lines need to be closed loops. It's getting me somewhere.

With the Fredo's joint push pull plugin... I don't even know where to start. And got time till tomorrow, so I need like the one and best solution. Sticking with the Sandbox from contour for now, trying to make it work, as some shapes are complex, and feature two or more hills on one plane. Gotta try it all.

I'm watching the lecture, but if someone has any other ideas, please respond.

      Hello guys,
I'm having a problem with making smooth shapes in Sketchup. I'm trying to construct a decorative hill like this one

      http://oi68.tinypic.com/x37os1.jpg

It's a natural looking hill starting 8cm above the ground, with a protective band, and it's bottom plane is a curvy form.

I tried to make it with Sandbox tools, but then they are set on a square, so I cant put them flat on the protective band model.

Then I manipulated the Sandbox with FredoScale tools, but bending gives me tears in the surface.

And again it's not even on a curvy surface....

Is there any way to turn TIN into solid shape? So I can intersect/cut it?

What would be the PROPER way to start making this? Sandbox from contours based on Bezier Curves?

You can't imagine how important it is, and I'm starting to loose all hope. Please help.
