The texturing is great, with plenty of variation giving it life.
But I'm guessing most of it is painted in PS (like scrathes and highlighted areas).

I agree with Mike about the floor. Even if the client didn't mention it.
It could use a cooker hood/range hood.

Looks really good apart from the sofa on the right. The fabric looks too plain and generic,
and there are some lighting issues (odd square shadows).

Interesting design, although it doesn't look very realistic.
Hard to see what is sustaining all those bricks on some of the top floors.
Surely not glass.
