I'm not even sure if this is correct place to post this, so I'm expecting some backlash or this post being relocated.
I purchased an extension on 14/05/2024.
And then I decided to purchase another extension from the same developer on 27/05/2024.
I recently learned that the developer had a bundle of 8 plugins for a good price (of which the above two purchased extensions were included).
I decided to purchase the bundle on 31/05/2024.
I contacted support to ask for a refund for the initial two purchases and was told I could only get a refund for 'same day' purchases - in other words, if I made all the purchases on the same day.
What is the reason behind this?
Is it because I might 'share' the extension with others and in effect end up getting the extension for free?
That's the only thing I can think of - but if I had those intentions, couldn't I still do that on the day of the purchase and still ask for a refund?
I understand that the policy is quite clear that refunds are not normally given.
But to allow for a 'same day' refund only, makes no sense to me.
The purchases were for extensions that were all from the same developer... I would think in this case, wouldn't a refund at least be considered?
