Does something like that work on Windows 7 as well? I tried with renaming the 64-bit program directory from SketchUp 2016 in SketchUp 2015 - but that was apparently too easy... Still the message: You need 2013, 2014 or 2015....

once downloaded, change the name back and run the ruby code posted in the post above...

Quoi faire, si je n'ai pas 2015 comme voi de migrer. J'ai une installation frais de 2016 et installer Visualizer c'est impossible (Vous n'avez pas SketchUp 2013, 2014 ou 2015).
Est-ce que tu a un trick pour cela aussi?

after doing all of that you'll still hit a wall on files getting up in size like 50 megs. Revizto has a 3D web viewer, but it only works on their own website right now. I've been purging in Sketchup only so far. And of course it's true that I have used large amounts of texture and many plants. So I'll work on that as well.
Thanks for the suggestion of Revizto. I tried it and the conversion is perfect. The representation in their viewer is good as well. Only the viewing possibilities I don't seem to get right. My model seems to fly away as soon as I use the hover button, without my mouse reacting to anything. So not sure yet.
I'll keep trying to find a good solution.

No problem sharing my model with you - assuming you keep it for yourself. It's not public yet, also because it's far from ready. Where should I send it to? Can I zip it (don't know yet, if that helps though.)? I'm on very slow adsl-upload connection here in "the jungle" - that's why.

First of all: thanks for taking the time for me. Well, what I would like most, is the solution the Spread3D programm offers: people who are on my web page, see a picture of my design with button de hover or zoom around themselves, so they can have a complete view (inclusive walkthrough) of the monument I'm designing. Only - like I said - Spread3D is limited by allocated memory (by Flash, which is uses apparently) and so refuses to do anything with my SketchUp design.
I could may be use SketchFab (when the conversion is oké) but there I have to pay per annum.

I have a big problem! I bought a program (called Spread3D) to transforma SketchUp design into a HTML format - in any case into something I can integrate in my web pages. Spread3D uses Flash for the realization.
It worked fine, until my design in SketchUp became larger than 55 Mb. Then I got all kind of messages from the designer of Spread3D that it was Flash/browser who were limiting the allocated memory space.
I'm not very convinced, since allocation for compression etc, is something different than allocation for representation on the web page.
Talking about size of the design (it's now 62 Mb: shit, I'm not done designing yet!
I don't like to be feel restricted all the time by my creative ideas, because the informatics limit my space of 'living'.
The designer of Spread3D advised me to buy some game software, but that's not the solution of course, mainly because I don't have the time nor the means to learn/buy very complicated software. I don't want to make games, only convert a/different SketchUp designs into something the readers of my weg page can see. (By the way: it's the design of a big monument for people with all kinds of cancer and for their relatives... for the moment only more of less ready in Dutch, English will follow: www.gezicht.org to get an idea if you have the time).
BIG QUESTION: does anyone have a solution for this problem of mine, without asking to spend tons of dollars/euros (again)}? The idea is ask for crowd funding, so a proper representation on the web is called for!
