Has anyone heard from Garry in the last month?

I am literally having exactly the same issue. The Plugin is great but the support is somewhat lacking. There really should be a way to do this through your account rather than relying on Garry to provide these sorts of minor tweaks. I've paid for both CabMaker and CutMaster Pro and right now both are useless to me....
Hoping Garry's OK as he is usually pretty responsive but clearly hasn't been for the last month.
