We recently changed servers at the office and the server name has changed which gives me an license error? How can I fix this? The error reads: "The server.dat specifies a sketchup license file that does not exist or is currently unaccesible...."

Have you re-activated the SU license on the new server?

How do I reactivate? I try and update the lic within Su, however the option is greyed out.

OK, I think I've found some info.

Make sure that all SU instances on your network run the current (latest) version of SU
Then go to this page and check out if anything applies to you.
But most probably this is your solution.
