    My Fredo licenses don't work anymore

      Hi!

      I have changed computer and now my extensions dont work anymore. I have Unliked,updated, un-installed, re-installed, re-started and tried a lots of stuff but noting seems to work. I get the same notice everytime (you see my screenshots) and cant figure out what it is. Can anyone help me? Im running SU2026 updated to today.

        You say you tried lots of stuff but did you do what the message in your last screenshot tells you to do? You don't specifically mention that. Click on the Yes button and delete the signature file for the extension. Then activate the license again. It would be best after removing the signature files to close SketchUp and do a cold reboot of your computer. Then activate the licenses.

        Do you have the most recent version of the Sketchucation tool and LibFredo6 installed?

          @Dave-R Good question, i did delete the signature file and it just gets the same again. But i did not reboot my computer, will try that now. I think i have the latest versions, will also check that of course. Thanks!

              Have you installed and restarted the following latest versions from or PluginStore / ExtensionStore -
              SketchUcation tools
              LibFredo6
              Each of the Fredo's extensions raising the issue

              Also issues can arise in reading the license file if your Computer or user-account has a name that doesn't follow the Microsoft naming requirements.
              That is just ASCII characters alphanumeric and some limited punctuation - so for example - users with accented or foreign characters sometimes get this kind of issue as the paths etc are sometimes confusing to Ruby interpretation...
