LOTT Vignette Stripe usability issues

- The Vignette Stripe frequently disappears when clicking anywhere else but on the stripe.
- Moving it to another location and fixing that location has no effect as it either doesn't remain in the spot to which it was moved or disappears entirely.
- Whenever it is popped up, the History palette is shown. Clicking on the history icon removes the history palette, clicking again on the history icon shows the history palette and causes the Vignette Stripe to disappear.

This additional extension shows up in Extension Manager:

Uninstalling and Reinstalling has no effect. No messages show up in the Ruby Console.

There are many problems with LOTT which may go beyond what the API can allow.
New versions of Sketchup break more and more things. on Windows and Mac.
I will probably dicontinue the plugin.
