      nvidia geforce rtx 3080, compatible or no?

          Pardon moi, not exactly a paragon of clarity.

          Maxwell, Pascal, Volta, Turing, Ampere. Just a simple compatible and the different levels of compatibility (Which I think the sub classes means) would help.

          Would help me at least to know what kind of operability/standard to expect.

            The chart is telling you that GeForce 750 to 3090 are supported. Maxwell, Pascal, Volta, Turing and Ampere are the chip architecture naming convention Nvidia uses to give some type of branding.
