experienced an error in activating the curviloft extension lifetime

I just purchased a 'Curviloft Perpetual License' which is valid for a maximum of three uses. However, I just paid for it and downloaded it, but when I tried to activate it, I couldn't, and an error appeared in the picture. Please provide a solution and enlighten me on this issue. What else could be wrong with the license activation rules, even though that's what I'm getting? I really need it immediately for my work. Please respond.
