      Imagine you need to use a SketchUp model in your Blender work, or to generate a SketchUp file directly from inside Blender.

      The two professional plugins from SimLab make it easy for users to create bidirectional communication between the two applications to build amazing workflows.

      Export SKP models directly from Blender
      Import SKP models to Blender

        They know how to charge you for it too. Having said that, Blender can handle a useful number of file formats , making it a very adept file management tool

          Blender file support is not uniform, some files are supported well, others are not.
          When providing those importers, we understand some users will still prefer multiple file conversions or will have no problem with other methods.
          But based on our experience some users will appreciate convenient, tested plugins, with a support they can talk to.

          If we did not see legit need from some users, we would not develop the plugins, and I understand your point 100%

            .blend to .skp is definitely needed. I’m gonna test this later this week as I’m curious on how you manage modifier stacks.

              @ashraf

              I'm sorry, my post did not come across as I intended. The plugin is intended for pro use rather than hobby. You have to charge the Goldilocks price or you lose out. Too much, you lose custom, too little and you go broke.
              IMHO, you are charging the Goldilocks price so "You know how to charge".
              Power to you folks.
