Sketchy store toolbar MIA

G'day, Another microsoft snafu and another issue with 'stuff'. Now the sketchucation store toolbar is AWOL and while it is IN the extension manager, it is NOT in the 'toolbars, view' system.
Luvvly jubbly, clues not on a postcard please.

The SketchUcation tools is listed under the Extensions menu.
The ExtensionStore item opens the main dialog.
The View > Toolbars entry is also named ExtensionStore.
This turns the toolbar on/off.
That toolbar features the ExtensionStore red button which opens the main dialog.
That toolbar also includes the Plugins Manager blue button,
note that the Extensions Manager is to be deprecated in the upcoming update,
and it'll be replaced by a button to open the native dialog,
which now does much of the same thing.
That toolbar can also be turned on/off using the SketchUcation menu item.
That menu also contains several other utilities... -
SKetchucation does not accept me as a member on my other machine, change password via verification because the system will not accept the cerification code sent to my email.
Just tried again, SNAFU'd. Odd, or what?

OK, unistall and go again fresh. Worked at last, signed in 'n all.
