Yes, many are using it to help the write helper tools for particular functions.

          It's called vibe coding.

Look at job layoffs in gaming industry and design industry to see where this is heading.

I hear you, I am petrified, that's why I posted. Imagine a (for instance) company like trimble /sketchup potential having a product that is rendered worthless overnight because you can use a free version that does the same thing coded by AI. I think it will cause economic mayhem this is not evolutionary it is virtually instant an unprecedented. scares me but will not stop me from learning it. It is not that anybody could stop the evolvement it is inevitable and the effects on the world economy will change overnight with no precedent. Shivers. It is not just creatives will be impacted like admin will be hit hard as will law. I think the only job to survive will be basket makers. On another side what will become of the human race will we need to put our kids to school, will human training and understanding what will we become, redundant? I have suffered prostate cancer and AI did the diagnoses...................................

AI accelerates with each new variant so there's still more to come. It will definitely restructure the labour market for those who are PC based.

              I expect more of this.

Thin end of the wedge is an understatement. what will humans do? perhaps go into a simulation and create your own worlds of your liking when Musk and Zuckerberg put neural net and Meta technology togetherπŸ‘Ž πŸ‘Ž

@L-i-am said in Ruby script by AI:

                    what will humans do?

We will continue to invent things and compete for resources. Which we've done for centuries.

Maybe with society having more time for worthwhile projects we could improve things for everyone. Revolutionary changes come with pain and sacrifices.
