Fredo Thrupaint not appearing on menu bar

I purchased and downloaded Fredo Thrupaint today, it is install according to the extension manager but it is not appearing on any of the menu bars ?
It is not in Tools>Fredo6 Collection? -
Do you have Libfredo v15 installed?
