extension to see if components intersect

Is there a way to see if a set of components intersect/overlap???
I want to make sure my parts do not hit each other.

It's not as simple as it seems...
You can check if some component's/group's bounding boxes overlap using a simple Ruby script, BUT I expect that you want to check for actual geometry overlaps ?
This is very difficult - one example, two L-shaped forms can have overlapping bounding-boxes but their geometry might not intersect at all !Do a search of our PluginStore and the Extension-Warehouse to see if anything is new and useful...
Let us know if you find anything...
