Steam Engine Machinist's Model
-

A machinist's model of a twin cylinder steam engine designed by Joseph Bernays in the 1870's. The original was displayed in Paris at the Universal Exposition of 1878.

At this point I'm convinced your trying to make the Wizard of Oz machine...

Great modelling but why no Ambient Occlusion style?
-
@Rich-O-Brien if I can find some good dimensioned drawings, maybe I will model the Wizard of Oz machine.

As to the AO, I didn't think of it.
-
Wow! Top notch work!
-
@Bryan-K thank you sir!
Here's some views set up in LayOut.

@Dave-R Nothing comes close to SketchUp for native screenshots. Even minus shadows it's so easy to read the drawing.
-

Another two cylinder engine just for the fun of it.
-
I love that. I want to see it with AO next
-
@Rich-O-Brien
Not a whole lot of difference with AO on this one.

Another little machinist's model. The flywheel on this one is 35mm diameter.
