Wrong license

I bought a license for JointPushPull and received a license for RoundCorner, which I already have in another email.
I sent an email to support but it's been a day and they haven't responded.
Has it ever happened to anyone? -

@marianamilk11 It was refunded yesterday and the license disabled. PayPal can take up to 3days to issue a refund.
I would be interested to know if when you chose Purchase on the license dialog for JPP that the license you receive in RoundCorner.
From our side your purchase info was for RoundCorner.
