Another House in D5

This was the original render generated in SU with some Photoshop work.

Top notch!

Very nicely done, great stuff.

Thanks guys. I modeled the entire house including the windows and doors with the help of a plugin. That was tedious. This was before Flex Tools. D5 Render has those nice procedural vines. Only problem with that is they change every time you open up the file.

I'm having a tough time figuring out how to use those vines. Lumion is definitely superior when it comes to that. That really stinks that they change every time.

Seems to work when you first apply the vine on the side of the face you want the vine to go. You get that blue cast and the vine logo and then rotate it from there. You have to move it around a touch and then it goes on the right face. I applied it first on a wall just now and you then have to rotate it 90 degrees and pull it back for the blue cast to show up. If that all makes sense I don't know.

Looks like it's more random hit and miss. I think it's still in beta.

Looks nice,
I am interested to know what parts are done inside Sketchuo, Are IVYs part of the Sketchup model? -

I am interested to know what parts are done inside Sketchuo, Are IVYs part of the Sketchup model? Thanks Majid. This is the extent of all the Sketchup work. The rest is D5 Render assets. The vines are also from D5 with their recent addition of vine procedurals. The arched brick is done first with Curviloft and I settled on using Quadface Tools for mapping.
