      Hi All
Whenever I export video sequences from SketchUp, the lines "smear" after the animation as hopefully can be seen in the screenshot.
I hope someone here has an idea how I can get this out better?

I usually export to png sequence then convert that to format I need.

If the smear is happening on the same frame every time you export to mp4 then try the image sequence.

Yeah, when you pipe your export to be encoded to mp4 then you are restricted to the settings exposed under Options. Not ideal, but SketchUp should not really be exposing too many options or the user would just be bamboozled.

I blame the codec more than SketchUp itself for these graphical issues.

But image sequence is the always the best option. Then say offload that sequence to ffmpeg for encoding.

...thanks again - and yes, it is probably a miserable codec. It's a shame that Sketchup is willing to accept that a laborious task (by man and machine) is useless by this shortcoming.
Luckily you introduced and remembered me to the "single frame method" πŸ‘ I put the frame bundles directly into my timeline within Adobe Premiere Pro and it worked perfectly and above all in the quality to be expected right from the start...
