I am at a total loss here. Over a year ago, I took advantage of a sale on Fredo6's suite of paid plugins, which I in turn, received the licenses. Flash forward to now, and due to my complete lack of paying attention to the install manuals, a lot of my plugins have maxed out the seats. I just checked the status of the plugins (finally found the right page for that here at Sketchucation), and It shows the 3 seats being used. Funny thing, all three seats used are from me, but due to uninstalls and reinstalls (obviously improperly), the seats were still active and I have no way of releasing the seats.

Is there a way to have someone release the seats so I can install and run these plugins?

First off, ensure that you have installed the latest versions of the extensions, LibFredo and the SketchUcation Toolset [for the licensing]
Then restart SketchUp and see if anything improves, like you can release and assign licenses manually.
If not, then come back and someone in the technical side will be able to help you sort out your licenses...

I am so confused. I have the latest version of the sketchucation tool extension installed, as do i have the latest LibFredo. I tried to install Fredocorner, which it installed. When I clicked on a command, it brought up the license dialog. When I tried to activate the license, it gave me an error that the number of seats have been exceeded. No where is there a way to release a seat. Even here at Sketchucation, I can see my licensed plugins and I do see the seats that are already assigned, but again, I have no way to release the licensed seats.

I fear I installed the plugin incorrectly (did it manually instead of through the sketchucation extension), but regardless, I have no way of manually releasing seats through my account, despite documentation stating that a user should have the ability.

All devices needs Sketchucation Tools 4.3.1. If you activated using an earlier version then you need to update that device/s to the latest for online seat management at https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php

Is there a way to remove all existing license seats and clean install. I am sure a couple of assigned seats are now linked to machines that are probably recycled or in land fill. Some seats I can remove from a local machine, but not remotely to previously used computers.

If you are dealing with devices you no longer have access to and they were activated using an older build of Sketchucation Tools with no online releasing then they are frozen.
