Anybody use Materialize here I have a question

Any Materialize users here?
I just downloaded Materialize, but cannot open an image file. You will see from the image that the image exists on my desktop but shows a blank thumbnail in the materialize window and I cant open the image Any ideas what I am doing wrong.

I think you might be on the money mate, I was prompted to download that file "MS Visual C++ redistributable" when I downloaded Materialize but it may not have actually happened.

Would you mind sending a link to download the file. I just downloaded what I thought was it, but when I tried to install it widows did not like it at all and said it may be a threat to my computer. It being a windows program I thought that unusual so I did not install it. I could be paranoid though
