I have an object (electric boat motor) that has 2 tracking points along its mounting tube. Each tracking point follows separate path.

The object must follow each path, rotating the object in such a way as to clear obstacles.

This animation is a test of the arcs (paths).

Can I use 2 paths simultaneously and if so how? Ideally a video describing how to do this would work for me.
      Thanks

I am afraid I don't understand the request. How could an object follow 2 paths?

Think of an animated car fish tailing around a corner. The front wheels follow the path around the corner, while the back of the car swings away from the direction traveled around the corner, hence the car fish tails.

I would imagine this animateted car has a second path which would control the back end of the car causing the car to appear to fish tail.

I hope this illustrates what I'm after when I say object follows 2 paths.
          Thanks.
