Sketchucation Toolbar During Sketchup Startup

Hello,
Is there a way to not have the toolbar pop up when sketchup boots up other than turning it off. I still need it to be running for fredoscale plugin. THanks! -
It shouldn't pop up.
What version are you running?

It is the "extensionstore v4.2.8" window that pops up when i boot it up.

Get v4.3.1
Also the last saved state of the toolbar should be sustained across sessions, so if you switch i of it should stay off until you choose to have it back on...
