I screwed up...

...my sketchup 2016 license. I had it installed on my computer, upgraded the motherboard, and now I have a license issue because it thinks I installed it on more than one computer. I can't "un-license" the old copy on a computer that doesn't exist. Also, "SketchUp can't reach the network license server."
Any suggestions?

Are you able to manage your devices or does 2016 not use the trimble identity management page?

Although you're long out of support you might try contacting SketchUp Customer Support to see if they'd be willing to release the license. Don't hold your breath but they might take pity on you.
I don't believe the old licenses were handled by the Trimble Indentity Manager but it's worth a look.

Unfortuantely when I try to create an a account it says my email address is already in use, but when I try to login it says there is no account with that email address.

Might have to do that.

Good luck.
BTW, please update your forum profile. It's even more out of date than your SketchUp support.
