Ta mate, still looking for a HDRI that suits the scene better. Onwards.

I've been so preoccupied with the catamaran that I missed this.

          This is really good! πŸ‘

No advice here Mike. I’m firmly stuck in the 60’s, these modern looking interiors confuse me πŸ˜† Think your progressing nicely. Just experiment and you’ll get where you want to be. Only real comment is the brick wall seems to have a strong orange cast to it ? πŸ‘

Ta mate, that orange comes from the lights (Technical) but I am looking to reduce the tint somewhat. That and it is sandstone which has it's own orange hue.

Is the thing to the far right a window or passage to another room? If it is a window, the reflection seems a little too high.

There is a room to the rught (Through the patio doors) which is essentially a day room come greenhouse and whatever else, it has skylights so is quite light. Nothing in it yet but I like the idea of growing tomato's and soft fruits, herbs etc for the kitchen. I am allso looking into light tubes or solar tubes which have been used for decades but I have never seen in a home.
