Hi, yesterday I bought a license from JointPushPull from here, but it doesn't appear on my profile or my gmail, and I don't know what to do. Its my first time buying here, if there is a customer support pls help

Have you checked your email spam folder ?

Giving them the fullest details available - member-name, email-used, extension-name, payment-details***, dates etc.
They'll reply with helpful info about what to do with the licensing files etc...To view your purchased licenses, login and go to https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php
Don't forget that with most of Fredo's extensions you need his 'LibFredo' extension installed [it's free]
