How to open SketchupPro2021 using SketchupPro2022

Hi lovely community,
I have drawn a file using my SketchUpPro2021. I have sent it to my friend who is using SketchUPPro2022. She cannot open my file. What is the solution? When I try to save my file using "Save as", I do not have options to save the file as 2022 version.

SketchUp Pro 2022 can open legacy files. Her Pro 2022 should open it your saved 2021 .skp file.

Unfortunately, my friend cannot open my SketchupPro2021 with her SketchUpPro2022.

I don't know what to say other than someone somewhere is not doing something right.
If you draw a cube and and send them that saved as v2021 does that open in their 2022? Or is it a particular file that fails?
