Animator - creating movie with steps

Hello,
I have an animated movie from a building project and want to showcase the different building sequences in a power point. For example: step one (building the basement) than automaticly to stop the sequence and the after I click next step or play the secon sequence will play.
Do you have any idea how I can do this?
