Can't install Fredo scale and Matt Toggle units extensions

I have the Sketchup pro 2021 and I'm trying to install from the sketchucation plug in store the Fredo scale and Matt Toggle units extensions, but it gives an error and it wont install them. -
How are you trying to install these extensions ?
More details would help us to help you...Note that some extensions need a helper Lib installing - LibFredo is one of these...
With the PluginStore you download the RBZ file for the extension, and save it to your Downloads folder.
Do not try to open it with SketchUp.
It needs installing...
Within SketchUp v2021's Extensions menu open the Extension Manager [it's in a different menu in earlier versions]...
Click the 'Install Extension' button in its dialog.
Find the RBZ and SketchUp automatically installs the contents of the RBZ for you...When an extension needs a helper Lib also install that and restart SketchUp to ensure everything gets synced...
