Unfortunately PayPal is only option to purchase. Stripe will be added in the future.

Hi, I wonder why it is PayPal taking too long to approved my purchase of Fredo6Bundle2022. On my last phone chat with the Paypal, she asked me what was the purchased for? I was stumped. Is there something illegal sold at the sketchUaction? I don't understand. There were no 20 questions asked when I purchased something on eBay or Amazon via PayPal. Amount already debited from my Visa account but till now I can't use the plugins because of the licenses issue. Please expedite the process, Thank you.

At sketchuaction they may sell illegal stuff but I'm not familiar with that place. Here at sketchucation there's nothing illegal for sale.
As for your payment, which we've discussed in separate threads here and via email, it is still in a Pending state...
...that could be because of any numbers of reasons. Bank not approving it, no funds to cover the payment, PayPal not receiving the payment etc.
You need to cancel the payment at your bank because we never received payment. There is nothing we can do on our side to lift the Pending state because it is an action PayPal has taken.

I'm not sure why Paypal needs to review my purchase from your company. It seems Paypal do not know what are you selling (when they asked me what was the purchase for). As I informed you before, the money now is with the Paypal. It's up to Paypal to release it to you. I think you need to ask the Paypal why taking them so long to complete the review of my purchase. We have spoken with PayPal and got the same info you did. The decision making around accepting payments is with PayPal. We can't influence their actions.
Personally if I used their system to purchase and they kept my payment in a pending state for this duration I would cancel the payment and try again. I would not let them keep my funds in limbo.
This is why I advised via email, and here, you should cancel the payment.
