Vertex Tools 2

hello all - a so stupid question
Since months I have Verex Tools 2, But I´m still using the first version 1 only. The reason is that I have no idea how to touch or move the gizmo from version 2. I can't figure it out.
In version 1 I could grab the move-arrows or rotation arcs with the mouse - but this does not work in version 2. What am I doing wrong ?!? So any help is much appreciated...

I'm no expert with Vertex Tools but you should be able to grab the head of the arrow and move it, grab the tail to sort of squeeze or expand the select vertices and the arcs to rotate.

Thanks Dave - this is what I assumed should work (like in Version 1) but every mouse click here ends in nothing. Neither an Arrow nor an Arc can be touched. I feared that I should have to simultaneously press some horrible key combinations like Shift, Alt, CRTL in addition

That's odd. I didn't need to press a modifier key to make it work. Make sure you have the latest version of TT_Lib2 installed and maybe try shutting down and restarting SketchUp.

ok - again so embarrassing for me - I am unable find Thomthom´s "TT_Lib2"

Open the Extension Warehouse panel under the Window menu and type in tt and hit Enter. It should take you right to it.
