SU 2020 and JF Toolbars plugin?

I'm finally migrating to SU2020 In my previous versions I used JF Toolbars to create custom toolbars. I can't find that plugin, and wonder if in 2020 SU might give one builtin access to the tools JF T does?

There are other toolbar toolsets in the PluginStore... do a search there...
