      I bought the extension "clothworks" and I haven't received any links or number liscense, and on the site there's no place where I can confirm my purchase, I wonder what I am supposed to do... PLEASE HELP 😞

          I also purchased the extension clothWorks and have not received a license file so far. I did check the spam folders and send an email to sketchUcation, but also no reply.
          What else can I do?

              I've made a mistake in email address when I was ordering ClothWorks. I've already sent correct information to clothworks@sketchucation.com. Can you please send me a licence information once again?

                @soki_pl, I'm sure your e-mail request was satisfactory.

                Your profile indicates you are using the free version of SketchUp 8. If that is correct, you'll need to upgrade. Clothworks requires SketchUp 2016 or newer. If you do have a newer version, please update your profile.

                    Trying to activate my Clothworks license and I keep getting this error message. Any ideas ? Trying to install in SU18 Pro.

                        Tried multiple times over the weekend. Always results in throwing this error. Went back and look at the license info and I wonder if I have the following problem.... I had Clothworks licensed on my MacBook which has died a horrible death. Never had installed it on the iMac. Went ahead and purchased it for the iMac last week. Wonder if the old license for the dead laptop is causing the problem ? If so can the old license be cleared on your end and I can then install the new license on the iMac ?

                          @tuna1957 We reset your seat count for both licences. Can you ensure you have installed the newest version of SketchUcationTools for your new Mac OS X? You can refer to this manual for updating: https://antonsynytsia.github.io/manuals/ClothWorks/installation.pdf

                          Also, ensure you are connected to the internet when activating. To receive your copy of the licences, please send an email to clothworks@sketchucation.com

                            And also please check if your firewall blocked internet communication from SketchUp or not.

                                I can see that you have been able to activate your ClothWorks License so I assume you have received it.

                                If it was not the case, please let me know and I'll send a copy of your license to your email address.

                                  Another 10 hours and still no email from SketchUcation with the ClothWorks license key I paid $29 USD for ... and no reply to my prior email requests. Nothing in spam filter and my email client is working just fine.

                                  How many of the posters on this thread, with the same problem I have, eventually received their ClothWorks keys from SketchUcation ?

                                  Curious what the reason given by SketchUcation might have been and how long it took for resolution. How long should I wait before contacting PayPal ?

                                    I'm really sorry you haven't received your purchased license immediately. I've sent a copy of your purchased license to you from our support at sketchucation.com email address.

                                    Here at SketchUcation.com we try to do everything we can to ensure that our customers receive their purchased products as soon as possible. However in a small percentage of cases the automatically sent out email with the product is delayed or gets lost. This is why we ask our customers at the end of the checkout process to check their spam folder and if the email does not arrive after 24 hours, contact our support.

                                    In the rare case of a not received email the reasons for the "lost" emails usually is: Typo in the email address: It is important to give the correct email address at the purchase as our system can not figure out the correct email address from a mistyped one. Email lands in the spam folder: We encourage our customers to check their spam folder as well.(In case of gmail also the promotions folder) Email bounces back: In some small percentage of cases the user's email box is not reachable for some reason so the email with the product bounces back. Email lost: In some very rare cases the email gets completely lost maybe because a spam filter erases it or because of some weird unknown reasons.                                         I could not find any licences purchased by your registered email address or username. Please PM me the email address you used at the purchase. Also the receipt you received from PayPal might help to identify your licence.
