    Hi,

I just want to open by saying that Animator has been great so far and has enabled me to work on an animation project within sketchup that would have otherwise been a lot harder to complete.

Right now, I'm having a problem with rendering. I have my complete animation ready to go and I am able to open the render dialog. However, when I choose my settings (see attached) and click the generate video button, the video settings dialog disappears and the rendering dialog doesn't appear. The 'Animator Videos' folder does get generated, but then nothing happens. I'm able to get back into animator within sketchup by clicking the animator plugin button a few times and clicking 'yes' on temporary exit to sketchup - which lets me get back to the video settings dialog and try again. but still, nothing happens.

I've tried waiting, re-installing LibFredo and Animator as well as FFMPEG. I've also tried opening the file from my desktop and restarting my machine, but nothing works. It appears that it's occurring because the file size is over 5mb, as other files below that work. The only problem is, there isn't much I can remove from the model now.

I was wondering if anyone has run into this before and/or knows of a way to fix it?

I'm running Sketchup Make 2017 on Windows 10 64-bit on my Microsoft Surface Book 2. I only have the issue on this file and don't have the problem on others. (file attached)

    Thanks,
    Jack

The problems seems to be related to the name of the film, which contains a sign '&'.

Just rename the film and this should work.

I'll try to manage the exotic characters in a next version

        Thank you! That fixed it.
