Image export problem

Provided that the views are saved in scene-tabs, which are used to set up the image-exports, then this shouldn't happen - all-things-being-equal...
However, if you have a floating SketchUp window its image-size will differ from a docked one, and even if it's docked adding side toolbars or resizing a tray docked to the side etc can result in the image-size changing...
Are these issues with images from the same computer or different computers ?
Maybe a docked SketchUp window can have different image-sizes on different computers ??
Are you sure none of these factors comes into play ?Have you change the screen resolution for the computer ?
Also have you checked your Graphics Card for the latest-driver ?
