More like student accommodation on campus. Cheap to build and a small footprint but good quality.

πŸ‘ what a pleasant real world contrast to the so often rendered seen high-gloss + lots of money rooms. Good!

Mike, these are really good! What render engine did you use here? I wouldn't have minded the girl in the second image to be photochopped in, but the first image is awesome!

Thanks Richard, I use Twilight V2 mostly, the girl is one of a few good 3d figures that tend to show up now and then. I will be revisiting my favourite models with different methods when it gets a bit cooler here. Something of an oven in my living room now.

Nice renders πŸ‘ although I find the girl is crying or upset. Just a suggestion since it is obvious that every mm is imortant here could the ballustrade be Glass? that would save about 60mm and the glass would visually open the space a considerably?

Yes it could, and should, thanks for that. I get a bit target fixated sometimes and was thinking about continuity with the stair opening at the time.

The girl is waiting for a cab, or just got out of one and got into her new student place. Both fit for me.
